Thousands flooded the streets of Calgary on Saturday in light of the Women's March. The peaceful protest took place in front of the Famous Five monument. A monument symbolic of a woman's determination.

Similar protests took place all over the globe as an act of support for the Women's March in Washington D.C. where over 200,000 people took to the streets one day after Donald Trump's inauguration. Here are the Calgary highlights.
