Arkells knocking on the door of Canadian rock at Sonic Field Day festival
Arkells brings their loud, energetic touring band through Edmonton’s Victoria Park on Saturday night, capping off a full day of performances for thousands of fans at Sonic Field Day. Performing their latest single “Relentless”, which dropped at 23 on the Canadian Billboard Rock chart for its release Aug. 29, 2018. Arkells starts the night off with their hit single “Knocking at the Door”, and finishes with a promise to fans that they would be back in Feb, following the release of their upcoming album Rally Cry on Oct. 21, 2018.
The day also included sets from Modern Space, Grandson, Black Pistol Fire, Dear Rouge, Cold War Kids, Jimmy Eat World and The Glorious Sons, who currently hold the number one song on the Canadian Billboard rock charts with “S.O.S. (Sawed Off Shotgun)”.
