Sunday Oct. 5 saw McMahon Stadium’s Red and White Club host the 11th annual Calgary Guitar Show. The show touts itself as a place for guitar fans to come together and meet others who share their passion for the instrument.

“You get to meet like-minded people, I mean we’re all addicts for this stuff,” said Derek Rodgers, first time exhibitor and owner of Calgary based company Tsunami Guitars.

With over 40 exhibitors signed up, this year’s show included a large variety of guitars and guitars accessories of different makes, models and era’s.

The Calgary Guitar Show is part of a series of guitar events hosted by Canadian Guitar Shows. Their next events are the Regina and Saskatoon Guitar Shows that do not yet have a date and time announced.
