They Were Loved
Telling the stories of those we’ve lost to the pandemic
For the past year, Calgary Journal reporters have been part of a collaborative project between MacLean’s and Canadian journalism schools to tell the stories of people we have lost from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mount Royal University is a small part of this project, whose goal is to eventually pay tribute to Canadians who have died from COVID-19. We’ll be adding to this page as we go. You can learn more about the project, read the other obituaries and submit your loved one’s name at the project website.
