From Alberta’s largest city doubling as post-apocalyptic Boston in HBO’s The Last of Us to Calgary’s historic neighbourhood of Inglewood made to resemble the American Midwest in the black comedy crime drama Fargo, Calgary is a “go-to” location for Hollywood film and TV producers.
