The Calgary Hitmen laced up their skates on Oct. 18 and joined the ice with HEROS Hockey, a charity that empowers marginalized youth through hockey. Joining the practice through Hockey Without Borders, they participated in drills and bonded with the HEROS community to show that hockey is meant for all.
