Voters at École Sainte-Marguerite-Bourgeoys were in and out quickly this morning, with many stopping in before work or after dropping kids off at school.

Kelsey Stephen voted this morning. Stephen came prepared for the 10 referendum questions. She spent months making sure she was properly educated on what she was specifically voting for.

“I’ve been researching since the questions came out,” said Stephen.

Stephen noted the ballot itself was straightforward, with a separate ballot for each of the 10 questions.

“In general, I kind of feel like all the questions are a waste of money, if I’m being honest,” she said.

The poll opened late, according to Stephen, leaving about 20 people waiting outside for about 15 minutes before doors opened for voting.
