The Hillhurst Sunnyside Farmers Market welcomes patrons and vendors every Saturday, year-round and on Wednesdays during the summer.
In a visit to the market this fall, local vendor YYC Growers was excited to be back, selling their fresh eggs and vegetables.
“It’s a great opportunity for us to sell our fresh local produce and it’s just lots of fun,” says Bryce Willigar.
The market hosts local vendors of all kinds, including a local greenhouse and products like craft beer, gluten-free Colombian dumplings and samosas.

“I really enjoy the spice from the samosas, they’re one of my favourite things at the market,” says Hannah Graham, a customer who occasionally stops in at the market on her way home from work.
