The Alcove Centre for the Arts is a public recreational creative space for members of the community to both teach and learn. Elisa Cotes from Ellie’s Market in Vancouver taught an Introduction to Embroidery Workshop at the Alcove on Wednesday, Jan. 31.

Cotes is just one of many artists who help others indulge their creativity.
