The 16th annual ceremony at the Field of Crosses was attended by hundreds.

Calgarians commemorated both Remembrance Day and the 50th anniversary of the Royal Canadian Air Force by gathering at the Field of Crosses on Memorial Drive on November 11th. This marks the 16th year that the field has held such a ceremony.

The event began with a parade arrival, and was attended by military service members, local first responders, and a large crowd of Calgarians there to pay their respects.
