The Wildlife Festival returned to Calgary on Family Day weekend at the Nutrien Centre, offering attendees the chance to hold, feed, and pet exotic animals like wallabies, sloths, capybaras, and porcupines.
The festival provided a unique opportunity for visitors of all ages to interact with these exotic animals through organized meet-and-greets.
Along with animal exhibits, there was also an airbrush tattoo tent, animal presentations, a merchandise table, and a concession booth offering delicious food and beverages.
Families from all parts of Calgary came together to experience the Wildlife Festival, where they learned about the animals, their habitats, and conservation efforts. The festival entertained Calgarians and informed them about the importance of protecting wildlife.
The Wildlife Festival is visiting multiple cities in Western Canada to allow Canadians to learn more about these creatures.
Admission is around $20, and all proceeds go towards the care and support of the animals.
