Hudsons Canada’s Pub in downtown Calgary hosted a Heated Rivalry dance party on Valentine’s Day, filled with techno music, classic club hits, TikTok edits playing on the TVs, and of course, lots of dancing.
Starting at 10 p.m., the bar quickly turned into a space for queer representation and overall good vibes. Each and every fan was dressed up in various party attires, ranging from hockey jerseys and jeans to sequin dresses and miniskirts.
It was an event full of love, joy, and diva energy. Friendly faces and constant crowd cheers rang throughout the pub, which only added to the positive evening celebration.

According to the Eventbrite overview, “whether you’re team Ilya or team Shane, it doesn’t matter. The party doesn’t stop.”
And it certainly did not until the doors closed. The music was cranked, the lights were flashing, and soon Hudsons was packed with Heated Rivalry enthusiasts.
