Calgary Journal

Hello Calgary Journal subscribers! Anyone else frustrated that the weather here won’t seem to make up it’s mind? Spring in Calgary is just shorts weather one day and bundling up for a frosty flurry the next…

We skipped the past weeks’ newsletter due to an influx of stories and a general air of chaos as our semester comes to an end, which means this one is extra long and packed with extra story content! Also, this is where I say good-bye, as this will be my last newsletter for the Journal. It’s been a pleasure making these for you!

Due to all the new stories we have rolling in, there’s going to be a collection of photogalleries for you to check out in lieu of our senior reporter spotlight. I want to make sure you get a chance to see a bit of everything our reporters have worked hard to bring to you!

Here are some great reads I chose to get you started:

This just scratches the surface, so be sure to check out calgaryjournal.ca for all stories and event coverage.

Thanks for reading and keeping up with me the past couple months. With graduation just around the corner, I’ll be embarking into the workforce here in Calgary very soon which is equally exciting as it is scary. Perhaps we’ll cross paths again in the future, you never know!

Have a wonderful spring,

โ€”Kae Burnett, newsletter editor

Must-see photo galleries!
